In an effort to limit physical contact during the Covid-19 pandemic and facilitate a modern lifestyle in the digital era, Thai Airways has launched three new digital entertainment options for passengers.
Connect with your smartphone and tablet as the Sawasdee Thai Airways website is designed to be a lifestyle centre with travel-related information and material updated monthly along with the Sawasdee Pocket Guide for convenient use.
“Many technologies have been developed and used during the Covid-19 pandemic to maximise comfort and convenience for users. This digital disruption prompted more people to use digital platforms, which allowed for easier access to services and less physical contact during the pandemic. Thai Airways, seeing the potential of the demand and popularity of digital growth, therefore launched newly developed platforms to offer convenience and cater to the user,” said Piyasavasti Amranand of Thai Airways.
Customers of Thai and Thai Smile lounges get access to the Thai e-Library, which offers more than 50 entries of digital newspapers and magazines in various languages, including English, Chinese, French and German. It is available for free download so that passengers can read it on the ground or while flying.
