Pruksa Real Estate Plc has introduced a condominium project, the Reserve Sukhumvit 61, worth Bt2.46 billion, with as starting price of Bt10 million per unit.
The project has 186 units.
“We are confident the demand for luxury condominiums will still see strong growth, especially properties on Sukhumvit Road. As a result we launched our first new luxury condominium this year on Sukhumvit 61,” the company’s chief executive officer for premium projects, Prasert Taedullayasatit, said at a press conference yesterday.
He said the premium market was worth Bt30 billion in 2016 and has continued to see growth this year.
